Automotive Excellence

I heard about Automotive Excellence through a local school event a couple of weeks ago. My 2017 Honda Accord had a front axle issue, so my husband reached out and they responded right away! Once the car was dropped off, they checked it out and gave us a quote that same afternoon. The price was fair, so we went ahead with the repairs. The team completed everything in less than 24 hours. To top it off, they went above and beyond by washing the car AND dropping it off at my workplace nearby. I am so thankful and thrilled with the results, the car is driving very smoothly! An awesome team that I would happily use again.

Customer Service: The moment I walked in I was welcomed along with my son. They attended to my son and made us feel like family. I really appreciate this family business because they make you feel at home. The best part for me was that we share the same faith in God and that was the greatest blessing. Definitely will be coming back and definitely have a client for life. Oil Change Service. Service was quick and definitely recommended as they are very transparent with their prices and what will be done to your vehicle. They provide you a checklist so you know what your vehicle requires. They also provided rides if your wait time will be long.

I'm huge on reputation and reviews, so Automotive Exellence stood out amongst the rest of the Huntington Beach mechanic shops. I brought a Cadillac CTS for a pre-purchase inspection to get the full story of the car before buying it, and let me say WOW. I was blown away by the professionalism and CARE they took with my needs, questions and worries. I was greeted by Yvonne who works in the front and keeps the ball rolling and her husband Alex who was one of the owners and mechanics. The business is family owned, which is a major plus. Alex listened to what my concerns were with the car in-depth aside from their standard checklist during Pre-Purchase Inspections. They provided me a lift to a very nice part of Huntington Beach while I waited for the car to be ready, and got the results for the inspection upon return. They even gve me a goodie bag for being a first-time customer. My only regret is that I am not a HB local, just there for the car purchase. BUT I recommend Automotive Excellence and their family staff to anyone needing a service done in the area. Note: When I took the car to have their noted issues with the car taken care of in my hometown the next day, they detailed the E

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Automotive Excellence and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop. They have been servicing my Porsche Macan for several years now. EVery visit has been smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about their customers. They communicate clearly, never try to upsell unnecessary work, and always make sure everything is done properly. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great customer service with such high-quality work. I’m very grateful to have found Automotive Excellence and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I recently had an oil change and inspection done at Automotive Excellence, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They were incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and were completely honest about what my Toyota needed (and didn’t need). The pricing was fair, and the level of service really stood out. It’s refreshing to find a family-run business that genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend Automotive Excellence to anyone looking for trustworthy, quality car care.
